PROGRAM PLANNING.

Kadd focuses on the development of academic program plans that implement the institutional objectives of the master plan on a course-by-course basis adjusting to the current and future needs of the institution on a comprehensive basis.

The plans are based on the institutional adjacencies formulated to provide multi-tiered facility solutions over time in a cost effective manner for the institution and the citizens that they serve.  Quality levels must be appropriate to the challenges faced by the pressures of an integrated global economy.

Space must be utilized efficiently and linked to non-building alternatives that extend the reach and influence of the institution.  The plans should include state of the art direction for technology options and green building alternatives that minimize the ecological footprint and minimize institution-operating expenditures.
